We have made books 6. Each book has 6 to 8 units that we spend about a month on. Each week we will do a pair of pages. The explanation of what we are studying is written on the left hand side. There is also a video version of this page that we can watch in class. On the right hand side is the homework page that is to be done at home. We have made many card games and activities that match the grammar being studied in the book. Each lesson we will play a game that forces the students to speak a ‘scripted dialogue’ , which is written on the board. Students are then expected to complete the homework, along with some ‘Phonics’ or ‘Writing’ practice.
