Places Unit

NOTE! This UNIT is about 'WH'-questions not just the 'PLACES' vocabulary. The 'TRANSLATION' videos from the CORE BASICS are a fun way to to practice. Try them during the lesson for a few minutes. CLICK THE LINK!

While the VOCABULARY THEME is ‘PLACES’, the main goal is to have the students learn to ask and answer ‘WH-Questions.’ This unit is a culmination of things already taught. The students should already be quite familiar with the different ‘PRONOUNS’ as well as the ‘VERB+ing’ sentence structure, eg. ‘He is running, She is dancing.’ etc. It is now time for them to differentiate between the different ‘WH-Questions’ and learn to not only answer questions but to ask them too.
